Cisco Network Equipments. For your help,
we have established a call center, where
you can call us between 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, every Monday to Friday. We will
provide you an immediate support on the following basis:
- Immediate Response to most of the
problems
- 3 hours reply for general handover
- 24 hours reply for complex
problems
- Record system of all the problems
so that previous problems are easily
handled.
If you require technical support outside of these hours please submit a ticket and review your escalation documentation or contact the office.
