8x5 On Call Support
You can now contact us to solve your problems regarding Cisco Network Equipments. For your help, we have established a call center, where you can call us between 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, every Monday to Friday.

We will provide you an immediate support on the following basis:

  1. Immediate Response to most of the problems
  2. 3 hours reply for general handover
  3. 24 hours reply for complex problems
  4. Record system of all the problems so that previous problems are easily handled.

If you require technical support outside of these hours please submit a ticket and review your escalation documentation or contact the office.
